Units drive in vehicle mode and transform into robots to fight. They gain ranks from kills: Veteran, Elite and Heroic units hit harder and have more armor; Heroic units repair themselves. Heroes are unique units with an ability on D. The Comm Tower enables radar and Orbital Scan. The Tech Lab unlocks upgrades, heroes and the superweapon.
